  This is a highly professional practice with thoughtful, individualized treatment in a welcoming, bright, cheerful atmosphere.The entire staff, from receptionist to aides and therapists are considerate and attentive and make every effort to address any personal concerns. Best of all, I had a great result from the treatment and had complete resolution of my orthopedic issue. I highly recommend this practice.

  If you or your loved ones need orthopedic rehabilitation, I highly recommend Churchill Orthopedic Rehabilitation. Stephen Churchill, the Owner and Physical Therapist, and his team have created a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. I want to give a special mention to Chrissy, the Physical Therapist, for her exceptional care during my knee and hip rehabilitation sessions. I also want to thank Tom and John, Physical Therapy Assistants, for helping me stay focused during the exercise sessions. In closing, I want to thank Shannon for making me feel welcome and providing me with my physical theory session schedule.

  Physical Therapy at Churchill Orthopedics has been a very positive experience. I started several months ago with Christy. She was so attentive and took an active interest in helping me get better. The therapy has helped to increase my range of motion, decrease pain, and enhance flexibility. Her assistants Tommy and John were so pleasant and helped me achieve my goals as well. Scheduling appointments and paperwork, an important part of my plan, was done with such care and expertise by Shannon. I would recommend Churchill Orthopedics to any person in need of orthopedic services. The Center maintains the highest standards.

  I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Churchill Orthopedic Rehab for the excellent, professional, and courteous care I received there recently. My symptoms were not typical, yet my therapist was able to think out of the box and create a therapeutic plan for me. He carefully measured my progress and knew when to make adjustments. He communicated regularly with my physician, and kept me in the loop as well. I am now discharged after therapeutic goals were met. The members of the office staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend Churchill Orthopedic Rehab as a highly skilled and experienced center for physical therapy.

  Churchill did an amazing job in helping me recover from surgery to repair a torn achilles tendon. Their team was always incredibly professional and accommodating to my schedule and were always focused on helping me achieve a speedy recovery without jeopardizing my health. I am grateful to for all their efforts although I do hope not have to utilize their services in the future.

  Churchill Orthopedic Rehabilitation puts their patients first. Patients are evaluated during each session and given next step exercises based on their progress. Christy was my physical therapist and she was always encouraging, positive and willing to answer any and all my questions. By far the best physical therapy I ever received!
