  What a joke this company is. They take the money and nothing happens. I've been waiting for some type of movement to happen at my parents house and nothing in 2 years. Now they are just giving us the run around. I went to the address listed and it's empty! They are not even there. I'm seeking legal action against this company.

  At 430AM, home had large toilet malfunction sending large amounts of water from first floor bathroom down into basement and basement bathroom. Water was flowing from ceilings and lights. My family watervaced and my son called Servpro. Ty came over on way to office and had cleanup crew here by 915AM. Parts of ceiling down and everything sanitized and fans and dehumidifiers on. Samuel came 3 mornings in a row to take readings and check equipment. Last day, Julio came with Samuel to check readings and take equipment. Everyone was professional, polite and informative

  Outstanding Service and Professionalism!<br>I had an incredible experience with SERVPRO of Fort Lee. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and dedication were truly impressive. Michael Pellicciotta, the Production Manager, went above and beyond, he was punctual, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail of the restoration was handled perfectly. His level of care and expertise gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process.<br>A special thanks also to Christopher Delfino, the owner, for leading such a trustworthy and efficient team.
