  Working with Asset has been a great experience. The price they gave was fair. We had a pretty significant unforeseen price increase due to the lack of plywood under our existing shingles and that's never what you want to hear on day 1 of a project. However, Albert worked with me to figure out the best and most cost effective way to get the job done. The crew was always on time, communication was fast, they cleaned up after themselves (they came back and did an extra magnet sweep even after the job was done), and they were happy to accommodate things as they came up. Even after getting fully paid, Albert continues to answer and questions and I think that's really saying something. Highly recommend!

  I'll be honest, hiring a roofing company can be stressful. You hear so many stories about contractors who take your money, disappear halfway through the job, or leave you with work that starts leaking the first time it rains. That's exactly why I wanted to leave this review. Asset Roofing was a completely different experience. From the very first call, they were transparent about pricing, realistic about the timeline, and clear about what the project would involve. There were no surprise charges, no pressure to buy things I didn't need, and no vague estimates that suddenly increased later. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would, kept everything clean and organized, and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. The roof looks fantastic, and even more importantly, it has held up perfectly through some heavy storms since the installation. If you're considering them, I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations and made the entire process much easier than I expected.
