Lady who was working 9/5/26 was rude. Letting customer wait in long line and failed to informed that the machine using to print return label was not working until customer is right infront of her. Then Said " you need to go to Edgewater because its too hot so the machine doesn't work!" Then mumbling and complaining. Too unprofessional.

This post office is wild.<br><br>One clerk is always on a phone call with ear buds or on social media on her phone or playing music on her phone speaker.<br><br>Another one looks like she doesn't want to help anyone.<br><br>About 70% of the time, they are understaffed and so you get long waits. Fort Lee is highly populated. STAFF MORE CLERKS!!!!<br><br>Only two clerks actually practice common courtesy and are attentive to customers.<br><br>I guess they just hire anyone these days.

Just want to say thank you to the staff of the Fort Lee post office passport service! It was easy, quick, and they made me look great in my passport photo as well! Highly recommend! Thank you!

Came here on a Saturday (8/15/26) but it was closed. Other people also came by as well and was surprised as the google shows hours of operation until 1pm. Please update your hours on google so people don't waste their time.
