My experience at All American Ford Collision in Hackensack was incredibly frustrating, defined by rude staff, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.<br><br>I brought my car in to address specific damages, and we clearly discussed the scope of the work beforehand. They eventually contacted me to say the vehicle was "ready." However, when I arrived, I found that the major repairs we had explicitly agreed upon were completely untouched. The woman handling my pickup clearly did not even bother to inspect the car before handing the keys back to me, yet the shop had no problem charging me for work that was never completed.<br><br>When I confronted the staff and asked if it was acceptable to just miss major, agreed-upon repairs, they actually told me yes. Instead of taking accountability, they were rude and patronizingly suggested that I should have picked the car up during regular office hours so they could have "made me a coffee and fixed the error" while I waited.<br><b

I'm very dissatisfied with the mechanic Mario he is very rude and disrespectful and he thinks he know everything I will never recommend any shop if he is working there. He also has a lot of anger issues and tries to start fights with customers

There mechanic Mario is a very a very nasty person with anger issues he is unprofessional with the way he speaks to customers not somebody I would do business with ever again I don't mind all American collision Mario is not a professional mechanic he is completely unprofessional when he speaks to customers or potential customers My best friend had his truck repaired by them and Mario was completely unprofessional very rude confrontational and verbally belligerent he said very sarcastically and disrespectfully about what's wrong with my friend's car when he got it back and the car is more damaged than when he dropped it off
