Asked for a certain haircut and the stylist completed ignored my requests and just did their own thing. I showed reference photos and the stylist took one look at it and proceeded to do my hair however they pleased. The final result was completely different from what I asked for and they cut off 6-7inches of my hair after I specifically requested to keep the length and just trim layers.

I've been coming here for years for haircuts every 3 months or so and a perm about once a year. I'm always happy with my haircut, especially when I bring in a picture. The stylist understands exactly what I'm looking for. I also really appreciate that my perms are done with everyday styling in mind, not just to look good on the day of the appointment. My husband's new favorite spot for his regular haircuts! I came with him recently and consulted hair stylist Evan and decided to go for an edge perm. It looks exactly as I had hoped and very natural! Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY! This place has completely fried my hair.<br><br>As someone who has periodically bleached & dyed their hair for the past 30 years I'm very well aware of the dangers. I had mentioned all of my worries beforehand and insisted they did not use a high developer that may damage my hair. They had reassured me that they are professionals and if any, there may be some breakage.<br>After the bleach was washed off, the stylist did not take me back to the chair to see the outcome but instead insisted he do the toner at the hair sink. After 2-10 min alarms went off, and the shampoo girl washed my hair, he came to see his work and then I hear him slightly gasped. He then proceeded to tell me that it was the shampooist's fault the color did not come out and said he would need to re-do the toner. When i got back to the seat i was horrified to see how white the bleach had made my hair. I asked what developer he used that my hair could be stripped so much in 1 session. He said he used a 20 vo
