I've been to many gyms in my lifetime. Nothing compares to this one. This is by far the best gym, the best f45 location, and the best group of trainers. I've been going to this location for 6 months and have worked out more than my 20 years of going to other gyms. You just feel so different after each workout that you just want to come back for more.

I'm so happy I found this gym and this incredible team! I hadn't worked out in years, so I was definitely nervous walking in, but Hailey and Mike made me feel welcome from day one.<br><br>They take the time to correct my form, encourage me every step of the way, and push me to do my best without ever making me feel uncomfortable or judged. Their positive energy and support have made getting back into working out something I actually look forward to.<br><br>If you're looking for a place where you'll feel supported, motivated, and welcomed no matter your fitness level, I highly recommend them!

I can't recommend F45 West Hackensack enough. I walked into my first class feeling intimidated and unsure of what to expect, only knowing what a friend had told me. My fitness routine has always been pretty simple, running outside or on a treadmill and occasionally lifting weights but I never had a consistent plan or the knowledge to build strength and reach my goals.<br><br>Since joining F45, I've been introduced to so many new exercises that pushed me outside of my comfort zone but I've grown a little more confident with each class. The biggest reason for that is the incredible coaches at this location. They're patient, motivating and genuinely invested in helping you succeed.<br><br>We've definitely shared a few laughs over me asking "am I doing this right?" Hailey specifically has taken the time to get on the floor with me, demonstrate proper form and given me the confidence I need to keep going and that's exactly what makes this studio so special. 1000% recommend this specific location of F45! Amazing coaches and great energy every single class. I started off using ClassPass and found myself becoming a member with zero regrets. Coming from someone who's always had a gym membership and I tried orange theory, this place tops it for me.
