  I just went to LA Englewood for the first time. Everyone is so great here. My appointment had been put in wrong when I scheduled using the AI, but Sarah and Nave at the front desk were so welcoming and squeezed me in. Alexa, my clinician, took time to explain things to me and even offered to shave hair that I had missed. She was thorough and obviously loves her job and cares about her clients.

  I had a great experience at LaserAway, thanks to Alexa! She was amazing from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, and clearly very knowledgeable about the treatment process. What stood out most was how detail-oriented she was: she took the time to explain each step, checked in throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable, and made sure everything was done precisely and safely. It was clear she genuinely cares about giving her clients the best possible experience. I left feeling confident and well taken care of.

  i am really upset about their service and very disappointed . no one thing they should contact the customer and let them know if any service discrepancy. I came for my appointment found out the person not unavailable.This appointment has been made at three /Four months before . this is happened twice they cancel the appointment and rescheduled a month later . still it's a problem so I'm not sure what is going on? Is this person still working there? I mean they're not clear enough. all i wanted them to just let me know what's going on but they are keep telling me that she's not available, even after appointment was made specifically with that person. That's why you make the appointment and if the person is not available you communicate with your customers. why this is so hard to follow up with the customer. I am trying to work with their schedule as well, but it never works. This is the second time that I am so upset about this and their service. I don't really think I'll ever wanted to
