  I am a patient of Dr. Steuer. I have not had a good experience with this practice. I injured my right knee in April 2026; my primary care physician recommended this locale. I had an X-ray, then an MRI. Mind you, the injury is over two months old, I still cannot kneel on my knee, and the MRI came back with this language:<br>- quadriceps and patellar tendinosis<br>- chondral fissuring & subchondral cystic change at the apex of the patella<br>- suprapatellar joint effusion<br>- inflammatory change in the quadriceps fat pad; fat pad impingement<br><br>Specifically, these are the reasons why I did not have a good experience:<br>- the front desk person is not kind<br>- the doctor never said "hello" or "take care" or any kind of thoughtful language; no "how are you feeling" ever<br>- when I told the doctor I was a professor, he did a double-take<br>- the doctor avoided looking at me in the face<br>- when I asked questions, the doctor acted like my questions were annoying<br>- I never saw the

  I've had a great experience with Eastern Orthopedic Associates. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to really listen to your concerns. They explain everything clearly and make sure you understand your treatment options, which makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care.<br><br>The staff is just as impressive. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistants is friendly, helpful, and very professional. The office runs efficiently and you can tell the team works well together to make sure patients are taken care of.<br><br>It's not always easy to find a practice where both the physicians and the staff are this attentive and compassionate. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism here and would highly recommend Eastern Orthopedic Associates to anyone looking for excellent orthopedic care.

  Everyone is awesome the Doctors Hale and Steuer, Heather/ PA, Lynn in scheduling surgery answered my questions so quickly and physical therapy Nancy( gave me great Assessment and plan ),Theresa, Renata, Agnes. The Receptionist , everyone in the office knew my name and very kind and thoughtful. I decided on their onsite PT because of the continuity of care. Everyone knew how my surgery went and how to strengthen my core and get me safely back to work. I was very thankful my doctor recommended this great team!
