  We had a great experience with Jack and Miles. They finished the chimney sweep and fireplace service quickly and efficiently, and everything was handled with real care. They also took extra time to clean parts that had paint on them from the original fireplace installation, which made the whole firebox area look much better. They did a quick dryer vent check as well and helped fix a small issue at no charge, which we really appreciated. It was clear they knew their way around chimney and vent work, and they made the whole appointment easy from start to finish. We're very happy with the service and will definitely use them again for future chimney cleaning and maintenance in Edgewater.

It's not easy to find people these days who are professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to chimney work like donald is.   i won't use any other chimney sweep service after this. The pricing was very fair, and the chimney cleaning and fireplace service were excellent. kingston went above and beyond, answered all of my questions in simple terms, and made sure all of my fireplace and flue needs were taken care of. The whole visit felt professional, smooth, and thorough, and i really appreciated how clean and efficient the work was. my fireplace is working better now, and i feel much more confident about the safety and condition of my chimney in Edgewater.

  donald was amazing. we had him come out to inspect our fireplace and chimney in Edgewater, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and on time. he explained the chimney sweep process clearly, checked the flue and liner, and made sure everything was safe and working the right way. he installed a new liner and did an amazing job with the fireplace and venting setup. now it is so nice to have a fire in the fireplace again, and we feel much better knowing the chimney is clean, safe, and ready to use. great service, solid work, and a very smooth experience from start to finish.
