  I am from NJ, but live in Maryland. We were in NJ for Thanksgiving. We saw a car on car gurus and my son (who was in Maryland), said Mom can you please go look at it. I googled the address and we were only 15 minutes away. We had been looking for a used car, under 50,000 miles, around $10,000 for months. Nothing had even come close. So my friend Mary and I reached out to Sergio, he answered right away and said can you come now! So we did! We drove to the Positive Auto, met Serg, test drove the car, went home spoke to my son, and husband and we put a deposit down. The car was delivered to Maryland a week later, we got taxes (so dumb now this car has had taxes paid on it like three times - but this has nothing to do with Positive Auto sales, title, tags and we have our 16 year old safely on the streets! Sergio answered the phone every single time we called, he was AMAZING and this was an AMAZING buying experience with no bs! Highly recommend!!!

  Please let this man go out of business. He sold man a van with failed catalytic converter. He cleared the code, and then it came on and wouldn't pass inspection. the total cost was 8000 dollars to fix the convter and attached frame. I paid him 20k for the van with 140k miles. He sold me a lemon and there's no good lemon laws in Nj. he knows this and took advantage of me. I lost my job and already traded in my vechicle, he took all the money and now i'm homeless and in debt for a vechicle i don't even have, it was impounded. Please god this man is the devil and will do anything to get some money. I spent all my savings getting this van. I messaged him about it and he never responded to me.

  I'm so sorry for any inconvenience and troubles that you went through. I wish you call me at least one time and explain your situation. I never seen your messages. You got my phone number on the paperwork. Why you didn't call or come to dealership? You live not far away. I would definitely fix catalytic converter. It doesn't cost $8000 to replace and I would do it for free. Call me devil just because I didn't respond your message is not appropriate!!! Sorry again for this inconvenience
