Dimitri's Diner is a family-owned restaurant in Ridgefield, Connecticut, proudly serving the community since 1994. Founded by Greek immigrant Dimitrios Paschalidis, the diner built its reputation on great food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Following Dimitrios's passing, Kostas Mavridis took over and continues his legacy with the same commitment to quality and hospitality. Known for its all-day breakfast, Dimitri's also serves American classics, Greek and Mediterranean favorites, burgers, gyros, omelets, fresh salads, and more. For over 30 years, Dimitri's Diner has remained a beloved local gathering place where families, friends, and visitors enjoy great food and genuine hospitality.
