  I am so glad I came across Prime Cleaning & Construction during my search to fix pretty extensive water damage and mold issues in my house.<br><br>We had a number of companies come in for consultation but hands down, Michael's examination was the most thorough and his quote was the most reasonable and comprehensive. Not only did he fix the source of the problem by sealing the outside, he fixed the water damage/mold on the inside and left our interior looking brand new.<br><br>Without a doubt, if I ever have any projects in the house, Michael and Prime Cleaning & Construction will be my first contact and the first recommendation to any friends/family. I can't speak highly enough of Michael and the team!<br><br>P.S. My experience was as wonderful as the one highlighted by the other stellar reviews here.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Prime Cleaning & Construction to have our kitchen cabinets refinished/painted and walls painted, and we couldn't be more happy with the results. The entire process was seamless and professional.<br><br>Michael, the owner, was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand our needs. Our cabinets look brand new, and the entire kitchen feels refreshed and modern.<br><br>The team at Prime Cleaning & Construction demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. They were punctual, respectful of our home, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project.<br><br>I wholeheartedly recommend Prime Cleaning & Construction to anyone considering a home improvement project. Michael and his team exceeded our expectations.

  Boy did I get lucky. I needed to have my fence repaired for years, but the estimates I got from fence companies were ridiculous so I gave up. I came across Michael's company and he came over to take a look and give me an estimate. While he was here, I showed him a sidewalk that had lifted because of a tree root underneath and was causing a trip hazard. He said he could lift the sidewalk, cut the root and put it back. This was great, I found someone who could do both. I'm amazed at his talent and ability. I found someone who is multi talented. You just don't find people like this anymore. He credits his Father for teaching him, but unfortunately has passed away. I thank his Father and Michael for helping us.<br>Jim Szot

  I never write reviews but I wanted to take the time to get the word out about PRIME....Mike took the time to get to know what we needed in our home, but also what we WANTED. They don't cut corners and do quality work. Our friends recommended PRIME and we are so grateful they did. Best part is, they leave NO MESS lol. Will absolutely call them again when we (soon fingers crossed) remodel our kitchen!! Get in line!!

  If you're looking for great interior and exterior work, Mike and his team are the absolute best! Not only do they do beautiful work but they also work with customers to bring their vision to life. Mikes kindness, communication and professionalism are also a huge plus. I highly recommend PRIME!

  Mike is the best!! So attentive to every detail imaginable. Cannot recommend them enough. They treat the customers like family and treat your home like it's theirs. Wish I could give them more stars!!!
