  I thought I understood sales until I met Danny Wood over 15 years ago. Working with Danny and implementing the Sandler Selling System at my company has completely changed how we approach sales. Our sales representatives no longer suffer from "happy ears." Instead, we understand the importance of qualifying thoroughly and closing deals easily, rather than the other way around.<br><br>While many people are eager to discover the so-called "secret sauce" for closing deals, they often overlook the fact that the technique is only the last part of the process. What's truly important is focusing on continuous, appropriate behavior and maintaining the right attitude throughout the sales cycle.   Sandler, led by Danny Wood, has played a major role in my career development. When I first started in a 100% commission-based sales role in 2018, a mentor encouraged me to connect with Danny. Shortly after, I enrolled in the Foundations program and immediately found significant value, it helped me establish structure, confidence, and momentum early in my career.<br><br>More recently, after feeling like I had hit a plateau, I invested further by enrolling in the Mastery program.   Danny Wood was a great fit for me and my style of management. He has enabled me to become a better manager and coach for my salesmen and has greatly improved my system for Reiner Group. An unexpected benefit was the it also improved my process at home. I have been higher functioning with better communication skills in all areas of my life. I strongly recommend Sandler and Danny Wood.
