Hello,<br><br>I find this brokerage to be neither fair nor reliable. It is possible that the company is struggling financially, or that its practices are simply unethical. I prefer not to go into the details of my personal experience, but I sincerely hope your company takes the necessary steps to improve.<br><br>I've also noticed that the owner tends to provide generic replies to negative reviews. At this point, if the overall rating remains at one star, that should speak for itself.
