  The Asian employee I dealt with at this store--I don't know his name, which is why I'm describing him this way--was extremely rude and unprofessional. But what bothered me even more was that, a month later, my 82-year-old mother had a similar experience with the same employee. That was the point when I decided I needed to leave this review.<br><br>No customer--and certainly no elderly customer--deserves to be treated disrespectfully, especially when they are giving a business their patronage.<br><br>Management should seriously address the way customers are being treated.<br><br>And PLEASE, do not respond to this review with one of those generic, automated apologies. If you choose to respond, I would appreciate a sincere and professional response that actually addresses what happened.<br><br>Concerned customer

  I was absolutely struggling to get this amazon return and there was a limited amount time to place the return. My phone sim was down but Paul and Elliot did the lord's work to try and get me this return on time. There is no place that wouldve taken my request with how strenuous it was, but somehow someway they did it. This is the Best Store ever. The guys rock. PS the store was super clean.

  Quick and efficient, this is a simple stop to drop off 4 packages and get my receipt. They have shredding available (Iron Mountain bin), mailboxes, and more.<br><br>Same strip mall area with Home Depot and 99 Ranch, beside the Hot Fish.
