My experience at this dental office was not pleasant. My son had a few dental issues that required more complex treatments, and the dentist and assistant were laughing and speaking in Chinese while they were working on him. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. How can you make patients and their families feel ashamed of their dental problems when the dentist and assistant are laughing and speaking in a foreign language? It was absolutely disgusting, especially since he is a child.

My wife called this office to ask if they participated in our insurance plan and was very frustrated that the receptionist did not understand what she was talking about. We are aware that language barriers exist, but we are seeking dental care for our children and cannot do business with "professionals" who cannot even answer the simplest or most important questions.
