  This was a long process to find a qualifying Dentist who also had another Dentist who treated patients with TMJ disorders. (FYI there are not many.) When calling the office, I had alot of questions. I spoke to Amanda who explained to me in detail about my appointment. She explained the process of the forms and what was needed to be submitted, in order for my insurance carrier to approve my treatment. There was not much for me to do other then fill out forms and show up for the appointment. Amanda was calling my attorney and getting all documents she needed through them. After speaking with Amanda I felt alot less stressed!<br>On the day of my appointment the staff treated me as though I had been a patient for years.<br>When meeting Dr. Federman he went over with me all my questions. He explained to me my TMJ treatment plan. Dr. Federman took the time to make sure I understood the process. I then seen Dr. Lee who reviewed my ICAT and went over my dental treatment plan and what to expect

  Dr. Federman's office, has the best staff. From the moment I called for an appointment up until the time I had my appointment, they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Federman. They also offered to email me the forms before my visit so I could fill out beforehand and bring with me, to save more time. Upon seeing Dr. Federman, he first got my history then examined me and before treating me, he explained step by step what my treatment plan was going to be., which put me at ease. I recommend Dr. Federman and his office. After treating I am feeling alot better then I did.

  I was looking for a TMJ/Dental establishment who accepted, PIP, Insurance. I have called numerous places, which told me they did not accept this type of Insurance. I finally called Cranio Associates, and was informed that they did indeed accept, and would be happy to make an appointment. I was very pleased with the services I received. The office staff was amazing, very professional and treated me with the upmost care. I seen Dr. Federman first, he was very kind and gentle. He explained all his concerns and my treatment plan. You can tell Dr. Federman is experienced and knows what he is doing. I then seen Dr. Lee, who treated me with care and explained to me my dental treatment plan. I was nervous to come here, lets face it everyone is afraid and nervous of coming to the Dentist. I am no longer afraid or nervous as long as it is this Dr; Fderman's office. I 100% recommend Dr. Federman, Dr. Lee and Cranio Associates for all your TMJ/Dental needs. They are on top of everything you need a

  Fetterman doesn't know what he is doing for TMJ! He made my TMJ symptoms worse and charged me $1780 for an appliance that never worked.

  Dr.Lee was wonderful, polite, and understanding of my situation. Shirley the dental hygentist was comforting and extremely helpful throughout this whole process. They gave me my smile back. I hope they know it was more than my smile I gained back my confidence as well. I would highly recommend this dentistry.
