Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor who is caring, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to listen to his patients. I really appreciate the professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. I went to Dr. Jay Shah for treatment of my heel pain and had a PRP procedure. The staff provided excellent service, and Dr. Shah was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions. The PRP procedure was done very well, and I'm already feeling better after the treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jay Shah and his team for their excellent care and expertise!

Excellent Experience<br><br>I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jay Shah and the entire team at SamWell Institute for Pain Management. From my consultation through the procedure, Dr. Shah was professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. He took the time to explain my condition, the procedure, and what I should expect, which made me feel comfortable and confident.<br><br>The procedure itself went very smoothly, and I was impressed by Dr. Shah's expertise and attention to detail. The staff was also friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.<br><br>I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Jay Shah and SamWell to anyone dealing with back or pain-related issues. He is changing my life! Figured out what is really wrong with me after 7 yrs going to different doctors. I have been taken off of two medications and had my first procedure! Dr. Shah and his assistant, Nicole, have been absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. I had been dealing with symptoms and pain for several months, and by the time I came to them, I was scared, frustrated, and honestly had a hard time trusting the process because I felt like no one had been able to help me.<br><br>From the beginning, they made me feel comfortable and reassured. They truly held my hand through the entire process, took the time to explain everything to me, and talked me through my concerns whenever I was nervous or unsure. Their patience and steady reassurance were exactly what I needed.<br><br>I am still on the mend, but I am in such a better place today than I was several months ago.
