We were just there this past Sunday and Nancy did a great job with our taxes. It was our first time at Jackson Hewitt and she made everything simple, thorough and was very professional. We will be returning next yr for her.

After getting my taxes done at Jackson Hewitt, I ended up receiving a state tax notice stating a form was missing and I went from getting a refund to owing over $4k. The local offices are employeed by people who are disrespectful, demeaning, and belittling. The lady agent I spoke to didn't fully read the notice and when I inquired several time about this missing form she belittled me about it and treated me like I was stupid because she didn't know what form I was speaking of. When I redirected her to read the notice, she now understood my question, but still never answered my question because clearly she didn't know the answer and instead of just saying that, she put me down and treated me still like i was stupid and she is the professional. The agent wouldn't let me speak, but demanded I shut up when she spoke. I didn't mess up filing my taxes, Jason Hewitt messed up completing them and filing. Why am I treated like the problem here?
