Unprofessional bad service and stopped responding to emails

Andrew Sarabia stopped responding to my emails and calls after filing my taxes late the year prior and the IRS issuing a fine as a result, leaving me to deal with the administrative burden and financial implications completely on my own.<br><br>The damage and stress from engaging his services are something I hope other customers never have to experience.<br><br>Extremely disappointing to have to write this review as the first 2 years of doing my taxes with him there were no issues. I will also be reporting to the IRS and New Jersey Consumer Protection.

The attention I have received from Andrew Sarabia Consulting has been truly disappointing, and I am very frustrated.<br><br>I met with Andrew Sarabia last year. It was my first time filing taxes as a resident, so having the assistance of an accountant was very important. During our meeting, he was very kind and clear, and he assured me that he could help me with my tax filing. Based on our conversation, I sent him all my documents in advance. Not only did he not respond to my first email, but he also ignored the next four. After becoming very stressed and nearing the deadline, he replied only after I sent him a desperate email outlining my situation. Given that there were only a few days left until the deadline, he suggested that I request an extension. Although this meant I would have to pay interest, I agreed since there was no other option. After that, I must admit that his service was very good. He responded to my emails promptly with queries, and we remained in communication throu

Terrible service. I contacted them because I was referred by friends from a well-known law firm. They sent me a link to upload my documents, which I did, and then I never heard from them again. They don't answer my calls, voicemails go ignored, and they don't reply to emails either. When you finally manage to speak with them, they just say, "Yes, we're working on your case, you're next on the list." More like the list of people they refuse to respond to... Completely ghosting me. Absolutely not recommended.

My experience with Andrew Sarabia Consulting was wonderful. Andrew took the time to explain the process to me, responded promptly to my questions and provide his professional advice. He was very honest, professional and clear. I do value these characteristics and totally recommend his firm.
