Noone ever picks up. Not sure what the front staff are doing. Voicemail system does not have an option to leave a voicemail. Also, they don't have an online portal where you can review the bloodwork results. Instead you play phone tag with the doctor. I gave up with this place as well.

I have been going here for about two years and I have just about had it with this office. I hate to leave a not great review but I am tired of having to play phone tag with them about refilling a continuous prescription I am on. When the pharmacy reaches out to them multiple times only to tell me after so many attempts they are done on their end, now I have to call and ask them to fill it. Something that is pretty straight forward becomes difficult and stressful because no one answers the phone.<br><br>The answering machine could also be updated while we are at it. I called multiple days the week between Christmas and new years understanding a lot of people don't work during this time, but people still need doctors. Could you maybe update the answering machine your holiday schedule? Or better yet, get with the times and update to an online app service where people can communicate through a portal or something.<br><br>Then when you finally get an answer you are put on hold instantly. Dr. Hoskin is attentive, and very down to earth. She listens thoroughly, and explains everything in layman's terms. I never feel like my being there is rushed or that I am an inconvenience. Recommend her 100% And the staff is great too!
