  I'm pretty sure this company has a new owner. I've been detoxing with the F4L for a couple of years and now it has a different name and there's ZERO communication with the new company. I've sent emails and messages on IG and nothing. By the recent reviews, seems like this is a no go for me!!! SMH so disappointing.

  This place has great food and juices, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! They're not truthful about online orders or when they'll be ready for pickup. I once ordered breakfast, lunch, and dinner they gave me everything except lunch and replaced it with extra juices without asking. Another time, I placed a cleanse order and showed up to pick it up, but it wasn't ready. I had to leave town the next day, so instead of giving me the variety I ordered, they handed me three bottles of the same flavors. Now today, I scheduled a delivery and instead of telling me they were closed, they just didn't deliver and I leave town tomorrow. I even paid $10 for delivery. The next time I finally get my order will definitely be the last time they get a dime from me. Nobody answers the phone or responds to texts. Oh yea and when you speak to someone in person about their terrible service all of a sudden me no speak no English<br><br>Update : April 26th !! The company pretty much stole money from me and

  I am TOTALLY UPSET I HAVE BEEN TEXTING SINCE THIS MORNING RECEIVED NO UPDATE ABOUT MY DELIVERY FOR TODAY besides being told someone will call me when my delivery was next . I missed my daughter performance , missed my family dinner reservation which cost me $100 for a no show . This was COMPLETELY inconsiderate, unprofessional and for it to be 9:45 pm and no one reached out and said NOTHING.I AM NOT RECEIVED MY DELIVERY STILL AND NO RESPONSE.

  After my recent experience with this company I am forced to leave a bad review. Talk about horrible customer service. I had a set appointment to pick up my order, when arrived to the location the door was closed with a note saying to ring the bell or call a phone number listed. Called and no answer, left a message no answer. My wife then went back 2 days later to try her luck and see if they would happen and still the same response. I have left emails, phone calls, and even direct messages on their Instagram page. I've requested a full refund after being charged and not receiving my items, so basically they just stole from me. It's utterly disappointing and disgusting!

  If I can give a zero I would very in responsible they send an email and all with a date to deliver and no package and no response at all about delivery and then had to wait to see if I will get my refund back

  I don't typically leave reviews especially negative ones but just want to warn people to be careful when ordering from F4L. Their website states 3-5 days for shipping. It took them 14 days to ship (after multiple calls and emails) and another 3 to receive. Once I got the order, the bottles were warmer than room temperature which makes these extremely dangerous to drink. Their poor attempt of tiny ice packs to keep 18 bottles of juice cold is a joke. One bottle was broken open. They won't return any of my calls or emails after numerous attempts but have had no problem keeping my money for a product that I HAVE to throw away. This is a very dangerous company. The warm juices could literally kill someone if they drank them. Very poor customer service.
