I had a really pleasant experience at this furniture shop. The showroom was well arranged with plenty of options to explore. The staff were supportive and helped me select a dining set that matches my home perfectly. The quality is very good, with strong materials and a clean finish. Delivery was on time, and the installation team did everything carefully. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

I bought a sofa, table, and chairs all from Bif. The process was super easy and the price was very reasonable too. I would definitely come back and am very pleased with the experience! On top of all that, Jin helped us with the entire process from start to finish and was amazing.

My parents are seniors who have been loyal customers of this business for years, regularly purchasing furniture from them. Recently, they bought another item, and when it arrived, there was confusion about whether it was the correct product. When my parents went back to the store to ask about the price--since the original brand website listed lower prices--they were told it was a "different line," which already felt questionable.<br><br>As their daughter, I wanted to make sure everything was legitimate, so I contacted the store to clarify the order details. All I asked for was to clarify the PO# and the date they sent to my parents, side-by-side with the packing slip that came with the delivered furniture, because they didn't match. Instead of helping, they called back with an extremely rude attitude, saying they "didn't have time for this" and acting as if it was unreasonable for us to even ask a simple question.<br><br>As consumers--especially when making a large purchase like furnit
