  I've been a customer of Costello Insurance since 1998, and I honestly can't say enough good things about them. In nearly 30 years, they've always been responsive, professional, and have treated me like family.<br><br>What really sets Costello Insurance apart is the personal service. Every time I call, I'm dealing with the same people who know me and my business. In today's world, where so many insurance companies have become large, impersonal corporations with endless phone menus and different representatives every time you call, that level of consistency is invaluable.<br><br>I've referred numerous friends and family members to Costello Insurance over the years, and every one of them has thanked me for the recommendation.   Their agents go out of their way to help small business owners deal with these routine audits that are a nuisance to small businessmen. Paul was especially helpful as he always is. Great agency.

  The customer service is top notch. Karen is amazing and very, very patient. Every time I thank her she replies it's her job. Karen otained auto policies and properties policies for my family at a very nice savings over the previous policies. I highly recommend Costello & Associates for insurance.

  The entire Costello Agency family has been and continues to be professional, competitive, knowledgeable, honest, patient, friendly and quick in all of my business insurance needs. I have been a happy client of Costello Agency for over 20 years and I can not find anything about the firm that would make me venture elsewhere. They research quotes and offer at least three every year and I am presented the information with plenty of time to make my decision. They have plenty of markets to engage for the best prices. They have proven to be valuable advisors when it came to insuring my properties. I would highly recommend and I will continue to use their firm.
