A factual review after living here for two years:<br><br>-When I reported smoke, management replied by email that tenants must provide proof.<br>-$75 was added during a lease rewrite without prior notice.<br>-Mosquitoes in summer evenings (see photos).<br>-Skunks, odor can enter through the ventilation when they get into the basement.<br>-Smoke from the first floor can come up to the second floor.<br>-Loud train noise early in the morning.<br>-Constant vibration and noise from the first floor bathroom exhaust fan (this was the most difficult issue. I had to run white noise most of the time).<br><br>I renewed for one more year due to limited options at the time, but others may want to think twice.

The walls are paper thin i could hear my next door neighbors in the bathroom. Electric bill averaged 200 in the summer and winter. Winter time i would turn off my thermostat and put on a 500 watt heater and an electric blanket. Floods really badly.<br><br>Would have been good if you had quiet neighbors but i had two next door neighbors who loved slamming their doors as hard as they could that it would be so loud. It caused a huge crack in my ceiling causing my floors to be unstable.<br><br>Also warning second floor, im guessing my building specifically heavily flooded during sandy but it had really weird structural issues. i felt the footsteps of the people in the unit behind me and whenever they walked, it would cause my floors to creak and because my floors were rotted I think it made it more severe. It's a structural issue so nothing can be done about it, I tried everything. I think the floor joists were connected so if you are viewing a place with heavily rotted floors and with pla
