Shame on you, Officer Watts, I heard and witnessed you today shouting with a very hard, tough voice tone for the delivery driver just because you allowed him to stop and when he stopped, you went to him and started to shout on him. He gave you a smile to be a nice person, and you criticized his smile very badly. I saw him already asking you to go to this spot and you allowed him and when he stopped, you went to him like crazy. Shame on you that you don't understand that his taxes is paying your salary. When you stand on the street and it's "hot" on you and you can't bear the summer temperature so you can take a break in the shade or even stay at home and let somebody else handle it. Shouting on people the way you did is inhuman (like what he said to you) and is something only expected from coward not a police officer. Shame on you, Officer Watts you need to go again for a moral training of how to deal with public who are paying your salary.<br>I wish your supervisor will see this so th

If I could put 0 stars that's what I would put, the attitude of the person who answers the phone is the rudest thing I've ever seen, if she doesn't want to work she should stay at home really bad person to talk with the public.
