  Had an Independent Medical Exam with Dr. Michael A. Meese on for an insurance claim. He concluded I do not have bilateral sciatica and downplayed my symptoms, despite clear documentation from my treating doctor and MRI showing otherwise. His report was ultimately dismissed by the judge. Felt rushed, dismissive, and the findings didn't match my medical records or what I described in the visit. Would not recommend for an unbiased evaluation.

We understand how stressful and frustrating the insurance and legal process can feel, especially when you are dealing with ongoing symptoms and differing medical opinions.<br><br>An Independent Medical Examination (IME) is, by definition, a one-time evaluation performed for a third party using specific legal and clinical criteria. The physician's role is not to provide treatment or advocacy, but to offer an objective medical opinion based on the examination

  My mother had knee replacement surgery ( second one) with Dr. Meese. Expert care, kindness and professionalism from the doctor and all his staff. Wonderful experience, best orthopedic doctor!!
