After a difficult injury and lots of physical therapy, our 10 year old needed help re-building his strength, agility and confidence. Baker Health referred us to Fenix for an evaluation and consultation and we could not be more grateful. The care and attention that you get at Fenix cannot be compared to run of the mill personal training. Fenix develops a truly individualized program that guides and empowers. In just a couple of months, our son was feeling at the top of his game and he looks forward to his sessions. 100% recommend for young athletes as well as all ages and fitness levels.

I added a few small group Fenix sessions to my workout schedule about a month ago, and the results have been tremendous. I'm a working mom with a sedentary job, and after starting my small group sessions I breathe better, feel more agile when playing tennis and have an overall feeling of wellness that I haven't felt since I was in my 20s. I do one of my group sessions with my preteen son, and besides his obvious fitness gains, we are connecting in other ways and having fun together. Highly recommend!!

Dave and his crew are the best around. If you want a team of dedicated professionals to help you get in shape, get healthy, this is where you need to be. Dave is also an American military hero and we need to supoort those that protect our freedoms every single day.

The trainers are outstanding, enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled. They are incredibly supportive of their client's goals. I've had the good fortune of working with Dylan for the past five years. He is very motivating, professional, and makes the entire experience, fun and enjoyable.
