I attended a class with The Open Circle at The Crystal Vessel in Carlstadt and what an experience. Not only was the space beautiful and very welcoming, but the class was amazing. The class had me feeling very meditative, and it was an experience that helped me to combined my breath with my movement. I loved it. The instructor was very knowledgeable as well. Can't wait to do it again.

Jaime creates a safe, welcoming space where yoga, moon circles, journaling, and vision boards come together in a really meaningful way! Everything feels intentional and you can tell how much care she puts into supporting mental health and personal growth. Her guidance during The Open Circles is thoughtful, calming, and empowering; whether you're there to move your body, reflect, set intentions, or just breathe and reset, you'll definitely leave feeling grateful and grounded :)
