I came across Crepe Haus on Google while looking for a local place that was still open late and served cappuccino. It was one of the few spots nearby that fit the bill, and after seeing all the great reviews, I decided to give it a try since it's also close to my house. As soon as you walk in, you can tell it's a very clean, welcoming, and well-kept establishment. And the smell inside is absolutely divine! With all the chocolate, sweets, and delicious treats around you, it's hard not to want to try everything. I ordered a cappuccino, and it was really, really good. The ordering process was quick, and my coffee was prepared pretty fast, which was great. I came by on my own this time, but I'm definitely looking forward to coming back with the family to try their crepes, ice cream, and all the other desserts they have to offer. Everything looked so tempting! Definitely a great local find, and I'm happy I gave them a shot. I'll definitely be back!

I've been here three times now and unfortunately every single time I've come with my family during the evening shift we've experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I honestly don't understand if the staff are being forced to work here or if they simply don't want customers around but the attitude is extremely rude and uncomfortable.I kept coming back because I genuinely love the desserts here. I've given this place chance after chance because I really enjoy what I order but at this point the experience of coming here has completely ruined it for me.Every time we come in the staff stare at us and make us feel like we're bothering them just by being there. We come as a family and honestly it's embarrassing and uncomfortable for all of us to be treated this way. As a customer I'll politely say "Hi how are you?" and instead of even getting a simple response I'm met with a rude and impatient "Ready?"
