  First, I'd like to say that we have been with State Farm for 6 years. Recently we had some billing issues and policy questions so we called to have them answered. The staff seems to be just as confused as we were and they couldn't answer any questions so we asked for Charles to call us back. One of the guys we spoke to named Marco even thought it was a good idea to tell us that we can just choose another insurance provider. Well good luck getting Charles on the phone, he is always in "meetings" or "on vacation" but one thing is clear, he does not have the time to call a customer of 6 years back and discuss any issues with their policy. We just took Marco's sage advice and switched today. We are now saving $180 a month. Thanks Marco Marini! I wouldn't recommend this outfit to any person on earth that desires a decent level of service or fairly priced rates. Oh well, lesson learned, just wish we switched sooner.

  Thank goodness for the professionalism and availability of Charles Rio and his exceptional team at State Farm in Ridgefield. I was overwhelmed with the complexity of an insurance claim for water and ice damage on my property. Charles patiently sat with me and explained everything. He promptly returned every phone call, text and email and answered every question I had. The best part of my experience is having a local insurance agent who genuinely cares about his clients. I will be forever grateful.

  I've known charles for over 20 years and his approach to clients is straight forward, works with them to make sure they are covered properly. Shout out to Paige who has great customer service skills
