  I've been practicing here for over six months, and it has been incredibly beneficial for both my mind and body. At first, I wondered how I could ever get through an hour of yoga, but following the instructor's guidance makes the time absolutely fly by. As I kept at it, I noticed myself becoming much more flexible, and it's been so exciting and rewarding to finally master poses I couldn't do before. I highly recommend Boram Yoga!

  I'm a 50-yr-old man who has been taking classes at Boram Yoga three times a week for over a month now. Thanks to Instructor/owner Boram Han's kind and detailed guidance, I can clearly feel that my posture has improved significantly and I've become much more flexible. Because of the thorough stretching, it doesn't put any strain on my joints or muscles, even when I combine it with strength training or other workouts. I highly recommend it to men who sit for long hours at work or feel stiff.
