My order number was 977F. I ordered Hambre Bowl with brown rice & Chipotle Chicken for pickup. In the order receipt says: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Chipotle Mayo (for extra 52cents), condiment Inside. The problem is that there was no taste and there was no sauce nor condiments; simply one bowel inside the bag and no utensils. Before leaving, tried to get plastic fork & spoon somewhere in the restaurant but there was none; so did not bother anyone and left since I have utensils at home.<br>Everything was so tasteless. We ate half and through away the rest because it was so tasteless.<br>I don't know if they forgot to put sauce or season in the bowl or forgot to put sauce on the side. Whatever, the case was, it was waste of money. I rather order from the next door Los Compadres who always ask if I need any sauce on the side and always provide utensils as any other restaurant.<br>Btw, I called at 3:54pm, but nobody answered the phone<br>Today's date is Sunday, Aug, 30th 2026

This place is basically Chipotle on steroids, but somehow 100 times better! The food is fresher, healthier, packed with flavor, and actually tastes like real quality ingredients. Every bite was delicious, the portions were great, and everything tasted perfectly seasoned. Once you eat here, Chipotle just won't hit the same anymore. Absolutely amazing I'll definitely be back!
