  In nearly 40 years through various residential and commercial real estate transaction, I have frankly never experienced such dismissive, uncaring, and sloppy service from what was recommended to us as a "top firm" by a well known local realtor.<br>Throughout the transaction (we were the seller), the office rarely followed up in a timely fashion, and the closing docs drafted by RHSH resulted in a chain of events quite costly to us, though the transaction did in fact close at least.<br>During efforts to correct what transpired post closing, largely caused by careless handling in Will's office, Will Harrison at best gave perfunctory, insufficient attention to the matter--to date, we're still out significant monies, and Will even had to audacity to question why we are making such a big deal out of being out a significant sum.<br>Truly exceptionally poor service!

  We interacted with this attorney in connection with a residential real estate transaction in Connecticut, where he represented the buyers and we were the sellers, and would like to share our experience.<br><br>During the course of the transaction, communication and coordination between parties were often challenging, which contributed to unnecessary friction in what is typically a more straightforward process.<br><br>The overall tone of communication at times came across as dismissive rather than constructive or solution-oriented, which made it more difficult to reach efficient resolutions. In addition, there were repeated disagreements regarding several issues.<br><br>While the transaction ultimately closed, the process felt more adversarial and less collaborative than is generally expected in standard residential real estate closings.
