  There are some cool things here, like the decorations and statues, but the selection was quite lackluster, especially for the size of the store. The first floor is packed, but the second and third floors are quite sparse and empty, lacking a lot of things that I've seen smaller locations stock. A lot of things felt very overpriced as well, but you could find some good deals if you looked hard enough. I liked that they had a clearance section for that. The cashiers are quite nice as well.

  A 3 story candy store. My big issue here is accessibility. There's no escalator or elevator in the store. Only stairs.

  We went to the location in Macy's Herald St and had the best experience. The kindest service ever and an extremely positive, inclusive vibe. If you want to try any of the lollies, you can simply ask and they will let you and there is a large variety of delicious lollies and snacks with some unique flavours like pickle (which i find to be one of the best flavours/items in the whole store). Definitely will come back for more snacks as it was so yummy and loved the experience.

  30$ for a half bag of candy, it's ridiculous, I also was looking at candy and was accused many times of stealing, with many times my hands behind my back. When I also realized how over priced the candy was I tried to say I wasn't going to pay for it and they were rude saying I have too.

  Price tag said 17.98/pound but was charged 18.98/pound. Wouldn't noticed if I didn't check the receipt. Staff said the company changed the price and there is nothing they can do. It's a huge store, you can at least change the price tag but not wait till a customer finds it out for you. Do not like the false advertising. Reminder to check your receipt.
