  A pipe burst in my sink upstairs, flooded the whole kitchen, and water ended up leaking down through the floor into the living room downstairs- such a disaster...<br><br>Mike with Guardian Restoration were at my house within an HOUR to start tackling the cleanup and solving the remediation.<br><br>There are a thousand things that go through your mind when something like this happens, and honestly, there was such a weight lifted off our shoulders because Mike handled all of it.<br><br>It's worth mentioning also, that you can tell Mike has an enormous amount of knowledge, but he also takes the time to help you understand at your level- this is a rare trait these days, and it shows that he truly cares.<br><br>The work he did was fast, efficient, and I'm so thankful for how well taken care of we were.<br><br>Hopefully, this kind of disaster was a one time thing, but Guardian Restoration is now in my contacts in my phone if it ever does.<br><br>Thank you so much to Mike and his team for hel

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Guardian Restoration, Mike, and his entire team. We had an unexpected water issue at our rental property, and what could have been an incredibly overwhelming situation was made so much easier because of them.<br><br>Guardian Restoration was there the very next day and immediately took control of the situation. From start to finish, Mike and his team were extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and dependable. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, handled every detail, and truly took the stress of the restoration project off our shoulders.<br><br>When you're dealing with unexpected property damage, having a company you can trust makes all the difference.
