  The keys didn't work they charged me 13 dollars for both keys and the machine told me that one of the keys are free and it wasn't

  I have to use the service for any opportunity that presents itself to need a new key made. I can even say that their customer response is pretty quick and fair as I've had previous experiences where keys made, through my own fault of not making sure it was Secure in the reader, that did not work for the door. Key me refunded the price of those keys without hassle. Five stars would and do recommend to others!

  I went to one of your locations in North bergen Walmart on June 28th for 2 key copies that didn't work I was offered an extra key for free and charged $21.29 that didn't work. I went to another location garfield Walmart on the 29th where one copy key was successful. Please refund me my money for the one that didnt work,. I was charged $21.29 for all 3 keys. Last four numbers of my card. 8015 thank you for your service. Benedicto
