  Hands down all possible stars a review can give, this clinic deserves them. Not only am I extremely pleased with the service and outcome of the treatment, but the place is very clean, well maintained, well equipped and the staff is always professional and friendly. Recommend 100%

  My pediatrician repeated told me that my son's head would become more rounded with additional tummy time. As a mom of two under two, I did my best to stay consistent, but I wasn't seeing much improvement & remained concerned.<br><br>When he was almost 12 months old, my sister encouraged me to get a second opinion from Cranial Technologies before it was too late. From our first appointment, the team listened to my concerns, evaluated him thoroughly and confirmed that a custom helmet would help. He wore it 23 hours a day for four months, and the difference is incredible. His head is noticeably rounder, and I'm so happy with his progress.<br><br>I'm forever grateful to the entire team for recognizing what I saw, reassuring me and giving my son the care he needed. I only wish I had found them sooner. Highly recommend!

  Staff and specialists A+++ in attitude, kindness, attentiveness and compassion. As a mom you feel guilt what could you have done but they explain everything so well and you do see results. They give tips on how to keep baby cool in the hot days with the helmet. I'm glad my little one was there and graduated . Thank you everyone at the Hackensack office! You guys are awesome! Also parking is great right across.

  The staff are very friendly and have a great deal of patience with children. The facility is very clean and organized, the result was exactly as desired and perfect.<br>I give it a 1000% recommendation.

  My son was referred to this establishment by his pediatrician for ear molding. During the initial assessment, we were told that he was not eligible for treatment because part of his ear cartilage was "missing," and we were advised to seek a plastic surgery consultation instead.<br><br>After speaking with a plastic surgeon, we were told the exact opposite that my son did not need surgery and was, in fact, an appropriate candidate for ear molding. By this time, my son was already three weeks old, and ear molding is highly time-sensitive, typically most effective within the first 2-6 weeks of life.<br><br>I contacted the original facility again to share this information. At that point, I was told by one of the therapists that while my son did qualify for ear molding, his specific ear shape was not something they specialize in treating at their establishment.<br><br>We ultimately sought care elsewhere and were able to proceed with ear molding.
