Brought my car in for tires, brakes, rotors, and a few other things. I had a great experience (I never write reviews). Jeremy the new manager and his team were phenomenal and was incredibly professional, upfront about the costs, and got the job done faster than expected. The car runs perfectly now. Finding an honest and skilled mechanic is rare, so I'm glad I found this place. Highly recommend!

I went to Pep Boys to get a slow leak fixed. I was waiting for my tires to come in at my service place. I was told the tire couldn't be fixed due to the wear on them. The advisor told me he could order the tires and can have them on my car the next day. I waited more than 2 weeks at my service place but here I was hearing it can be done in a day. I had them order the tires and they were mounted the next day. The Pep Boys crew were professional and courteous. I was very happy to be on the road with new tires.

Jeremy the Store Manager at this location, is honest, professional and provides realistic expectation on repairs..., there no bs or time wasting tactics o be concerned about. Peace of mind service and pricing. Also, the mechanics and staff there are courtesy and competent..Thank you for great service changing my alternator and wheel alignment.

I had replaced the tire valve cover but for some reason I couldn't unscrew them. I walked into pep boys. The gentleman at the counter explained me how they gonna fix the problem and can do it right away. Within 45 minutes they fixed it and I walked out with a big fat smile on my face. Thank you.
