Estoy sumamente agradecida y encantada con el servicio que recibimos. Desde el primer momento nos brindaron un trato lleno de respeto, empatia, carino y mucho profesionalismo. Quiero destacar especialmente la excelente atencion de nuestro asesor Jay, quien estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros, nos oriento con mucha paciencia y nos hizo sentir acompanados en todo momento.<br><br>La velacion de mi mami fue hermosa y cuidaron cada detalle con muchisimo carino y dignidad. Tambien agradezco enormemente todo el cuidado y la dedicacion durante el proceso de traslado, haciendo que todo fuera mucho mas llevadero para nuestra familia.<br><br>Gracias de corazon por todo lo que hicieron por nosotros y por darle a mi mami el cuidado y la despedida que merecia. During one of the hardest and most heartbreaking times our family has ever faced, their staff treated us with compassion, dignity, and genuine understanding.<br><br>Losing my dad has been incredibly difficult, but Bergen Funeral Home helped make the process a little easier. They were professional, respectful, patient, and there for us every step of the way. They handled everything with the care and dignity my dad deserved.<br><br>Our family will always be grateful for the kindness and support they showed us during such a painful time. Thank you to everyone at Bergen Funeral Home for taking such good care of our family and, most importantly, giving my dad the respect he deserved.<br><br>Without hesitation, five stars. We picked Bergen Funeral Service for our beloved father's funeral arrangement because of Emre. He was recommended by another friend of ours who had past experience with Emre's services. Emre was always available for us day and night on his personal cell phone. We never had to call the office when we had questions. He arranged everything from hospital removal to mosque services including washing shrouding, cemetery and all legal paperwork.He guided us from A to Z and made the sad and stressful process bearable. He will support us with his knowledge to go through surrogate court process. Thank you Emre for all your help. We couldn't do it without you.
