I had such an amazing experience working with Jermaine. From start to finish, he made purchasing my car incredibly easy and smooth. He was beyond transparent, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.<br><br>Before coming here, I originally went to Frank's and unfortunately had the complete opposite experience. I left feeling discouraged and belittled -- I was even told to "come back when my husband gives me extra money," which was incredibly upsetting, especially since I was there trying to make a deal on my own. That experience left me intimidated and unsure of what to expect when walking into another dealership.<br><br>Working with Jermaine completely changed that experience for me. He never once made me feel pressured, dismissed, or uncomfortable. He listened, explained everything clearly, and treated me with respect the entire time. I think a lot of people expect car salespeople to be pushy or just focused on making a sale, but Jermaine was the complete opposite.

A very good friend of mine has a brand new gmc truck there for a transmission issue. This is a brand new truck mind you. It's been there for 5 months, waiting on a part. THAT'S 5 MONTHS! Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service seems non existing and seeing other people's frustrations and their one star reviews it sounds like this dealership needs to be overhauled or shut down entirely. People are paying with their hard earned money for these vehicles and for this dealership to hold them ransom us absurd. Stay away from this dealership
