Lynn and Glenn Garafola and their team at Team Nest Builder sold our home in Sparta, NJ. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Lynn and Glenn. You can be confident with Lynn, Glenn and team in your corner. They provide market expertise, gentle reminders of upcoming deadlines, guidance throughout the process, solutions to issues that inevitable happen, a list of contractors for everything that may come up during buyer inspections that do quality work & give reasonable quotes. My house was on the market while I was out of state and had several items come up during inspection, they were there for me from meeting contractors at the house to making sure my heating oil tank was full. They provided the availability and peace of mind I needed. Thank you Lynn and Glenn and team!
