Diego did an incredible job repairing our air conditioning unit! he arrived quickly, identified the issue almost immediately, and had everything up and running in no time.<br><br>Not only does the unit run like brand new now, but Diego was also super friendly and He took the time to explain what went wrong and gave me a few great maintenance tips along the way. I highly recommend Promen Plumbing. My indirect water heater was already leaking and I needed someone to come promptly. -- and there was an issue with one of my boiler's valves which was leaking. I got Diego's name from the distributor that supplies the model I needed and they did not disappoint. He came the day I called him, promptly provided a fair estimate and installed the unit within the week. More importantly, he was knowledgable, cordial and entirely professional.
