I took a yin yoga class here. I'm not sure that the teacher was trained in yin. The pacing was much faster than a traditional yin class. None of the movements were recognizable to me as yoga and I've been practicing for 20 years. I was not told by the teacher was tools to get for the class and then she began using blocks. I told the teacher I had recovered from a neck injury and no alternative movements were offered (expected especially for a yin class). No corrections were given by this teacher. Just a very disappointing introduction to this studio for my first time and I don't think I want to come back to see their more fast paced classes if this is what their yin class is like.
