  Our experience with CareTen was exceptional from start to finish. The aides that took care of my 95 year old father while he acclimated to assisted living were kind, attentive and made him feel very secure. He always mentioned the excellent care each one provided. Our family is very appreciative of the entire CareTen team.

  From the moment I called to gather information there was a very loving understanding, caring voice on the other end of the phone... She did everything she could to expedite Care that I needed almost immediately. Suffice it to say that when my first aid arrived, I was so delighted that I was literally in the presence of an angel. I cannot go into the details of what this poor aid encountered, but she met it with understanding grace, and I dare say love. We were so fortunate that she decided that she could handle us. Our second aid has been so devoted again with patience and caring she stuck with us... When you have a resistant spouse, it is truly a challenge and I cannot even begin to describe how resistance he was and they totally met the challenge. I cannot Recommend enough!!!!!!

  Care ten has been a wonderful experience from the beginning. Each person along the process has been professional and listened carefully to what our needs were. Our aide is thoughtful, highly responsible and has become an integral part of our household<br>She is highly trained, lovely and a pleasure to work with. My husband actually looks forward to her company and trusts her implicitly.<br>Highly highly recommend care 10.

  My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about CareTen, Inc. in Hackensack. About a year ago, we realized my mother's dementia had progressed to the point where she needed consistent, attentive care. Initially, we tried hiring private aides to save money but quickly found that approach came with constant stress, coordinating schedules, covering gaps when aides needed time off, and scrambling to find replacements.<br>Everything changed this past fall after my mother suffered a serious fall, breaking her shoulder and ankle. After a difficult experience in rehab, where the level of care and attention simply did not meet her needs, we made the decision to bring her home and seek a better solution.<br>After another frustrating attempt with private aides, we finally contacted CareTen, Inc. and it was the best decision we could have made. Their responsiveness alone was incredible. A representative, Pooja, came out the same day we called, and an aide was in place by the very next day

  Care Ten has been working with my family as we need care for our mother. We have found the aides to be knowledgeable and experienced. Poojah, the coordinator of services, has been patient, kind and really works with us to make good matches. She is very accommodating to our needs, as they change over time. The nurse, Chris, is also very professional and listens well in conversations with us and our mother. My mother made a strong connection with her. We would definitely recommend their services.
