Violet was absolutely amazing in helping my elderly parents navigate their move out of state. From start to finish, she went above and beyond--coordinating every detail and even connecting them with reputable, trustworthy contractors, which made a huge difference during what could have been a very overwhelming and stressful process. I can't recommend Violet at Gilmore Realty enough! I first hired her company for property management, as I was renting my house in NJ and I had moved out of state and she was successful in helping me with the required inspections to attain certificate of occupancy. I then hired Violet to sell my home and she recommended a great attorney as well as vendors for cleaning out my house and snow removal. This firm offers boutique and individualized assistance you won't get from the large firm brokers. She made sure to maintain the winterization of my home while it was vacant during historic cold temperatures and even returned a package for me that was delivered by mistake. Violet is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me in the selling process and was always available to me for questions and concerns and sold my house for over my asking price. Highly recommend this firm!
