Edgewater is a great location, but unfortunately, the way Fitness Factory WNY operates is damaging the reputation of the brand and the community. I was assured by Fitness Factory WNY that my membership was canceled during the first week of January. Despite that, I continued to be charged and was later harassed for additional payment. It also negatively impacted my credit.This is unacceptable. I gave the management plenty of time to correct the situation professionally, but it was not resolved.Jonathan, as the owner, you should do better. Hard working customers deserve transparency, accountability, and fair treatment.Think twice before joining Fitness Factory WNY. Make sure your cancellation is properly documented and confirmed in writing. Maybe FF WNY gets away with scamming the undocumented but you can't pull that stunt on a highly educated street savvy leader in his community. Isiah, Jason, and Austin are the best, hardest-working staff I've ever seen. Their hard work and dedication never go unnoticed. They always have such good energy, are super friendly and welcoming, and make the gym a place you actually enjoy coming to. They're always willing to help with anything and make everyone feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the gym and the people who come in. Definitely wouldn't be the same without them!
