Very poor communications skills on a follow up. Very disappointing since there was no compensation in it for her.

Hi Sigrid. I am extremely confused by this review. We did not work together and I was never your agent. From my notes it appears you were the seller in closing in which I represented the buyer, two years prior to you leaving this review. I am not aware of any attempts of you trying to contact me, nor would I understand why you would. Sarah Patterson did an amazing job as our agent, and we feel lucky that she was on our side. She helped us buy a beautiful home in the fall of 2021, when it was still a hot seller's market. She helped us navigate through the entire process, and devised a winning strategy when we were up against a number of other bidders. She has great knowledge of Ridgefield CT and the nearby towns (she grew up here), which made a huge difference as we were moving from out-of-state. Not sure when we will be buying again, but if we do, Sarah will be our first call. Good luck!
