I wish to thank the team as a whole, you keep your word were always available for my questions, Maria personally for her paticence and kindness while she held my hand over the phone though this process. The staff at American Monument Company were very professional & caring when we needed to purchase a headstone for our mom's gravesite. They really know their stuff. I am happy with the plaque but it took way too long. I haven't seen it in person yet. Also, I think it was way overpriced considering the headstone was already there.
